Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on zancangioielli.com are shipped from Italy, from our production facility in:

Via dell'Artigianato 2, 36024 Nanto (Vicenza), Italy

Zancan uses selected couriers to ensure reliable and traceable shipments:

  • Italy: DHL
  • Abroad (EU and non-EU): FedEx

All shipments are handled according to security, quality control, and traceability procedures.

Preparation and delivery times

Zancan jewelry is produced and prepared in-house by hand before shipping, so delivery times also include the production phase.

Production times

  • Orders are processed approximately 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Production takes an average of about 8 working days.

Average delivery times

  • Italy and European Union: delivery within 10 working days of order on average
  • Rest of the world: delivery on average within 15 working days of order

Note: delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year, destination, and courier logistics procedures.

Peak periods and closures

We strive to meet standard delivery times even during periods of high demand. However, delivery may be delayed during holidays or periods of heavy logistics traffic.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends and certain holidays, including:

  • December 25, December 26, January 1
  • Saturday and Sunday

Payments and administrative checks

Zancan accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna

For security reasons, some orders may be subject to administrative and anti-fraud checks, which may result in a slight delay in shipping times.

Shipping insurance

All Zancan shipments are insured for the full value of the order.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • the tracking number
  • a direct link to track your delivery

Tracking is generally available within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery attempts and storage

If the recipient is absent, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held for approximately 7 days at the courier's logistics center, depending on availability and local service rules.

Address change and order cancellation

Address change

You can request a change of delivery address only before shipment.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before production or shipping begins.

It is not possible to cancel:

  • orders for personalized/customized products that have already been produced
  • orders for fine jewelry already in production

Incorrect address or failed delivery

In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, non-delivery due to repeated absence of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, any costs for re-shipping or returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

International deliveries, taxes, and countries not served

Duties, VAT, and import taxes

For international shipments, the prices on the website already include VAT, taxes, and duties.

There are no additional customs or import charges required upon delivery.

Countries not served

Zancan ships to many countries around the world, but some destinations may not be available for logistical (courier restrictions), political, or regulatory reasons.

In the event of an unserved destination, the customer will be contacted by our customer care team.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the value of the order:

  • Italy: €6.10 for orders under €70, free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €70
  • Europe (EU): €16.08 for orders under €139, free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €139
  • USA and rest of the world: free shipping for orders equal to or greater than $250, for orders less than this amount: €40.17 or variable rate based on DHL pricing and destination

Reporting times

  • Damaged or non-compliant product: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Returns: within 14 days of delivery (see the Returns and Refunds page)
