At zancangioielli.com, you can purchase Zancan products easily and securely. On this page, you will find all the information you need on how to place an order, how to track its status, and what payment methods are available.

Customer account: why you need one to make a purchase

To place an order, you need to create a personal account. This choice is designed to offer a better customer experience and ensure more efficient management of:

  • order-related communications
  • production and shipping status
  • returns and refunds
  • after-sales assistance and tracking requests

Registration takes just a few minutes and allows you to manage every stage of your purchase independently.

How to place an order

To purchase:

  • Select the item and add it to your cart
  • Enter your shipping and billing information
  • Choose your payment method
  • Confirm your order

After confirmation, you will receive a summary email and you can view all the details in your personal area.

Where can I find my order history?

You can check your orders at any time by going to: Account > Orders

From here, you can view:

  • the updated status of your order
  • details of the products purchased
  • delivery information
  • any operational communications

Order status: what it means

To ensure transparency and clarity, we use three main statuses:

Payment accepted
Payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed by our system.

Order in production
Your order has entered the preparation phase and, if necessary, production. At this stage, the product is manufactured and/or finished according to Zancan standards before packaging.

Shipped
The package has been entrusted to the courier. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the shipment is activated.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order only before shipment.
If the order is still in a state that allows changes (for example, immediately after "Payment accepted"), contact our customer service by writing to customer@zancangioielli.com or by entering the request in the order notes.
Please note that any changes may result in a delay (approximately 24/48 hours) in processing.

It is not possible to cancel orders relating to:

  • customized products that have already been made
  • fine jewelry already in production

At zancangioielli.com we accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (major circuits)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (where available)

Secure payments

All payments are made via secure connections and certified systems. Zancan does not store or process complete payment card details.
For security and fraud prevention reasons, some orders may be subject to administrative checks.

When is the payment charged?

The timing depends on the method selected:

  • for cards and Apple Pay, the charge follows the timing of the circuit and the issuing bank
  • for PayPal, the charge follows the terms and conditions of your account
  • for Klarna, management (installments and due dates, if applicable) is regulated by Klarna according to the conditions applicable in your country

Invoice and purchase documents

A tax document is issued for every purchase made on zancangioielli.com. It is therefore important to enter correct and complete data when placing your order.

I am having problems with payment: what can I do?

If the payment is not successful:

  • check that your card is enabled for online purchases and that the details are correct
  • try an alternative method (PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna)
  • check that the billing details match the chosen payment method
