Terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the official website zancangioielli.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Before placing an order, the Customer is required to read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Subject matter of the contract

These terms and conditions govern the online sale of Zancan brand products and related ancillary services via e-commerce.
The main characteristics of the products (materials, sizes, variants, availability) and prices are indicated in the relevant product sheets on the Website.

3. Customer requirements

Purchases are reserved for customers of legal age (18 years of age or older). By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
It is forbidden to enter false or invented data. The Seller reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of fraudulent use of the service.

4. Product availability and images

Product availability may vary. In the event of total or partial unavailability after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and any amount already authorized will be credited back/released according to the payment method used.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Despite our commitment to ensuring accurate representations, differences may occur due to color settings and device resolution.

5. Prices, currency, and taxes

The prices shown on the Website include applicable taxes and are displayed in the selected currency:

• EUR (Euro)
• USD (US Dollar), where available

The price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is placed. Any subsequent changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. International deliveries and extra costs

Zancan ships to many countries. Some destinations may not be available for logistical, economic, or political reasons, or due to carrier restrictions.
For international shipments, the Customer is not required to pay any additional amounts upon delivery: the prices on the Website include VAT and taxes.

6-bis. Pricing and information errors

Zancan undertakes to ensure that all information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, material or technical errors relating to price, description, availability, or other product information may occasionally occur.
In the event that a product has been published with a manifestly incorrect price (e.g., due to a system or input error), Zancan reserves the right to cancel the Order, even after sending the Order confirmation, promptly notifying the Customer. In this case, the Customer will not incur any costs and will be fully refunded for any amount already paid or authorized.

7. Conclusion of the contract and order confirmation

To place an order, the Customer must complete the electronic form following the instructions on the Website.
After the order has been sent, the Seller will send a confirmation email to the address provided by the Customer with a summary of:

• products purchased
• amounts and any costs
• delivery address
• order number

The Customer is invited to check the accuracy of the data and to communicate any corrections within 24 hours of confirmation.
The sales contract is considered concluded upon sending the shipping confirmation.

8. Order cancellation and modification

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request a modification or cancellation by contacting customer service. Modifying an order may result in a delay (approximately 24/48 hours).
It is not possible to cancel orders for personalized products or fine jewelry already in production.

9. Payment methods

Zancan accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (major circuits)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Klarna (where available)

For security reasons, some orders may be subject to administrative and anti-fraud checks.
Payment details are handled via secure connections; Zancan does not store or access full card details.

11. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the applicable legislation.

12. Legal warranty and after-sales service

For consumers, the 24-month legal warranty of conformity applies in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Zancan also offers a repair and after-sales service, where applicable. Unless otherwise specified, repair, shipping, or processing costs may be charged to the customer. To activate the service, please contact: customer@zancangioielli.com.

13. Limitations of liability

The Seller is not responsible for delays or disruptions attributable to causes beyond its direct control, including Internet malfunctions, exceptional events, logistical blockages, or force majeure.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the order (address, contact details, email). Errors or omissions may cause delays or non-delivery.

13-bis. Force majeure

Zancan shall not be liable for any delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure or causes not directly attributable to the Seller. By way of example and without limitation, such causes include: natural events, fires, floods, pandemics, strikes, interruptions to transport or logistics services, customs blockages, measures taken by the Authorities, conflicts, sudden unavailability of courier services or other unforeseeable events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the Order or the delivery of the products.
In such cases, Zancan undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to resume the execution of the contract as soon as conditions allow.

14. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and as indicated in the Privacy Policy section.
The Website uses cookies as indicated in the Cookie Policy.

15. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, images, product descriptions, layout, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual material) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Robertino Zancan srl or its respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the case of a consumer customer, the place of jurisdiction is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. In other cases, the Court of Vicenza has exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Modification of the terms and conditions

Robertino Zancan srl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Updated versions will be published on the Website and will apply to orders placed after publication.

18. Safeguard clause

In the event that any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid. The parties undertake to replace the unenforceable clause with a compliant provision that preserves its content and purpose.
